Orpheus Echo（以下「本アプリ」）は、保護した犬・猫などに名前の候補を呼びかけ、その反応を
記録して「元の呼び名の手がかり（推定・参考）」を得るためのアプリです。本アプリはプライバシーを
既定で保護する設計（Privacy by Default）です。
収集・送信しない情報
- 本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。
- 本アプリは利用者を追跡（トラッキング）せず、広告識別子や解析 SDK を使用しません。
- 探索の記録・設定・同意情報などはすべて端末内にのみ保存され、当社サーバへ送信しません
（本アプリは当社サーバを利用しません）。
端末内でのみ扱う情報（同意した場合のみ）
以下は、設定画面で明示的に同意した場合に限り、端末内の処理にのみ使用します。
- カメラ：動物の反応（頭の向き・視線）の推定、毛色の参考。生の映像は保存・送信しません
（数値化した特徴量・平均色のみを一時的に扱います）。
- マイク：環境音の測定、および呼びかけの抑揚・声色を参考に再生を調整するための短時間の
キャリブレーション。生の音声は保存しません（抽出した特徴量のみを端末内に保持）。
- 位置情報：反応が見られた場所を端末内のヒートマップに記録するため（利用中のみ）。
- これらの同意は既定ですべてオフで、いつでも設定から取り消せます。保存された調整データ等は
設定からいつでも削除できます。
近くのユーザーとの共有（任意）
- 利用者が明示的に操作した場合に限り、近くの端末と直接（サーバを介さず）、探索の参考情報・
学習済みモデル・名前候補辞書・ヒートマップなどを共有できます。
- 共有は暗号化され、選んだ項目のみが送信されます。個体名や生の映像・音声は送信しません。
既定では何も共有されません。招待は受諾制です。
第三者提供
本アプリは、利用者の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません（近くのユーザーとの共有は、利用者自身が
相手を選んで行う端末間の直接共有です）。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは子どもを対象としていません。

Orpheus Echo helps you find clues (an estimation, for reference) to a rescued animal's original
name by calling out candidate names and recording how the animal reacts. The app is designed to be
private by default.
Information we do NOT collect or transmit
- No account or sign-in is required.
- We do not track you and use no advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs.
- Exploration records, settings, and consent data are stored only on your device and are not sent
to our servers (the app does not use our servers).
Information used on-device only (with your consent)
Used only if you explicitly opt in, and only for on-device processing:
- Camera: to estimate the animal's reactions (head turn, gaze) and a coat-color reference.
Raw video is never stored or transmitted (only numeric features / average color, transiently).
- Microphone: to measure ambient noise and, via a short calibration, to adjust playback using the
intonation/voice color of your call. Raw audio is not stored (only extracted features, on-device).
- Location: to record where reactions occurred in an on-device heatmap (while in use).
- All consents are off by default and can be withdrawn anytime in Settings. Saved adjustment data
can be deleted anytime from Settings.
Nearby sharing (optional)
- Only when you explicitly initiate it, you can share exploration reference info, trained model,
name-candidate dictionary, and heatmap directly with nearby devices (no server).
- Sharing is encrypted, only the items you select are sent, and no animal names or raw
media/audio are transmitted. Nothing is shared by default; invitations require acceptance.
Third parties
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. (Nearby sharing is a direct
device-to-device exchange that you initiate with a peer you choose.)
Children
This app is not directed to children.
